Holiday Drop Ins
Are you on vacation in Saalbach and don't want to miss out on your daily workout? The Werkstatt is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. as an open gym for drop-ins.
We will reserve your desired training slot and meet you at the gym.

Employees with the Saalbach TEAM Card can attend our basics classes for free.

GROUP TRAINING
In our classes, YOU are the focus.
Semi-professional coaching (small groups!) and individual support make rapid training progress possible.
Our classes include a varied mix of strength and conditioning training with functional training elements and high intensity.
For beginners with no previous experience, our “Basics” classes offer a slow introduction, with a strong focus on learning correct exercise execution and building basic endurance.
The goal is to increase physical performance on multiple levels. You won't find any traditional fitness machines in the workshop; in our classes, we work with your own body weight, with small equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rings, barbells, pull-up bars, and with select endurance equipment.
OUR CLASSES
Basics
Our basics units are perfect for beginners as well as those looking to improve specific techniques. Basics classes include a mix of technique, strength and endurance training, as well as mobility, and form the foundation for learning fundamental strength training exercises and building basic fitness. Compared to CrossFit, the intensity is reduced, making the classes suitable for all fitness levels!
CrossFit
This workout-based session combines functional strength and endurance training, weightlifting, gymnastics, team WODs, and classic CrossFit workouts. The sessions thrive on the group dynamic that develops during collaborative training. The goal of these high-intensity sessions is to improve endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, and a lot of fun while sweating together!
Strength
Classic lifts and functional strength exercises pave the way to your first pull-up, the 100 kg mark in the back squat or your next victory in arm wrestling!
CrossFit All-In!
On Saturdays, we train together! This free training session is all about community. A strength training session is followed by a longer, more challenging workout. Previous experience is required!
